We guarantee that all of our products are delivered in perfect condition. In the case of any defects or damages, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within 14 working days upon receipt of the item.
We won’t be held liable for any items you have broken yourself. These items cannot be returned or exchange in any way.

Shipping
We understand the importance of timely delivery, so we provide fast and secure shipping. All of our on-hand items are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, and you can easily track your order with the provided tracking information.
Return Policy
Items for return or exchange must always be unworn and still be in their original packaging.
Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene issues.
We will not be responsible of the return postage but the postage of the replacement will be free of charge.
